A bus stand is a place where buses stop. People get on buses and get off buses there. A bus stand is usually in a town or city. Many people come there every day. Some people wait for a bus. Some people come there after a journey. There are often small shops and tea stalls near a bus stand. People can buy water, tea, food, and newspapers there. Bus drivers and helpers are also busy. Many buses come and go all day. So, a bus stand can be noisy and crowded. In the morning and evening, more people come there. Some people carry bags and boxes. Some sit and wait. Others stand in a line. People should be careful near the road because many buses move around the area. A clean bus stand is good for everyone. It helps people travel from one place to another. A bus stand is a useful place in our daily life.

বাসস্ট্যান্ড এমন একটি জায়গা যেখানে বাস থামে। সেখানে মানুষ বাসে ওঠে এবং বাস থেকে নামে। বাসস্ট্যান্ড সাধারণত শহর বা নগরে থাকে। প্রতিদিন অনেক মানুষ সেখানে আসে। কেউ বাসের জন্য অপেক্ষা করে। কেউ ভ্রমণ শেষে সেখানে আসে। বাসস্ট্যান্ডের কাছে প্রায়ই ছোট দোকান ও চায়ের স্টল থাকে। মানুষ সেখানে পানি, চা, খাবার এবং পত্রিকা কিনতে পারে। বাসচালক ও হেলপাররাও ব্যস্ত থাকে। সারাদিন অনেক বাস আসা-যাওয়া করে। তাই বাসস্ট্যান্ডে অনেক শব্দ ও ভিড় হতে পারে। সকাল ও সন্ধ্যায় সেখানে আরও বেশি মানুষ আসে। কেউ ব্যাগ ও বাক্স বহন করে। কেউ বসে অপেক্ষা করে। আবার কেউ লাইনে দাঁড়ায়। রাস্তার কাছে সবাইকে সাবধান থাকতে হয়, কারণ সেখানে অনেক বাস চলাচল করে। একটি পরিষ্কার বাসস্ট্যান্ড সবার জন্য ভালো। এটি মানুষকে এক জায়গা থেকে অন্য জায়গায় যেতে সাহায্য করে। আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনে বাসস্ট্যান্ড একটি উপকারী জায়গা।
