A mobile phone has both good and bad sides. It is very useful in our daily life because it helps us talk to family and friends. We can send messages, make video calls, and get useful information. Students can also use a mobile phone for study. They can watch lessons, read notes, and join online classes. A mobile phone is also very helpful in an emergency because we can quickly call a doctor, the police, or a family member. However, too much use of a mobile phone can cause problems. It can waste our time and disturb our study and sleep. Some children spend many hours playing games or watching videos. Looking at a screen for a long time can also make our eyes tired. We should not use a phone during class or while walking on a busy road. A mobile phone is useful when we use it wisely and for a good purpose. So, we should enjoy its good sides but avoid its bad sides.

মোবাইল ফোনের ভালো ও খারাপ—দুই ধরনের দিক আছে। এটি আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনে খুব উপকারী, কারণ পরিবার ও বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে কথা বলতে সাহায্য করে। আমরা বার্তা পাঠাতে, ভিডিও কল করতে এবং দরকারি তথ্য পেতে পারি। ছাত্ররা পড়াশোনার জন্যও মোবাইল ব্যবহার করতে পারে। তারা পাঠ দেখতে, নোট পড়তে এবং অনলাইন ক্লাসে যোগ দিতে পারে। জরুরি অবস্থায়ও মোবাইল খুব কাজে আসে, কারণ আমরা দ্রুত ডাক্তার, পুলিশ বা পরিবারের কাউকে ফোন করতে পারি। তবে অতিরিক্ত মোবাইল ব্যবহার সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করতে পারে। এটি সময় নষ্ট করতে পারে এবং পড়াশোনা ও ঘুমে ব্যাঘাত ঘটাতে পারে। কিছু শিশু অনেক সময় গেম খেলে বা ভিডিও দেখে। অনেকক্ষণ স্ক্রিনের দিকে তাকালে চোখ ক্লান্ত হতে পারে। ক্লাসের সময় বা ব্যস্ত রাস্তা দিয়ে হাঁটার সময় ফোন ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়। ভালো উদ্দেশ্যে ও বুঝে ব্যবহার করলে মোবাইল ফোন খুব উপকারী। তাই এর ভালো দিকগুলো ব্যবহার করা এবং খারাপ দিকগুলো এড়িয়ে চলা উচিত।
